Featuring 16–18 new residences surrounding a renovated historic home, Buzzwood Village is tailored for the active adult demographic—residents seeking belonging, independence, and meaningful connection within a walkable, well-crafted environment.

Design & Vision

Buzzwood Village draws from the values of small-town living and Oregon’s tradition of community resilience. The plan integrates:
