Leading permitting and entitlement processes in a high-regulation alpine environment
Managing site infrastructure, roads, utilities, and storm-water systems to demanding standards
Supervising the landscaping plan that wove native restoration, amenity spaces, and private estate pads into the master plan
Maintaining a development timeline across an 8-to-9-year build-cycle with a total scope of ~$250 million
