Role & Responsibilities
Serving as the Owner’s Representative, Marty Kribs led the project from concept through completion, assembling and managing a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and contractors. His oversight included:

• Coordinating design development, permits, and entitlements

• Managing budgets, scheduling, and contractor performance

• Ensuring quality standards aligned with client expectations and site context

• Overseeing his company’s landscaping and custom cabinetry fabrication, both central to the home’s craftsmanship and cohesion
